Should we be allowed to fly flags anywhere?

Flags are a piece of our nationality so it can go each way, whenever I see a flag with my country, I get sooooo excited but it could be very saddening as well because someone might have lost one of their family members because of a war with that country which may start PTSD

I think that flags should be allowed to fly anywhere. They are important to lots of people as they are proud of their country and some flags can be very useful and even warn us of dangers.
