Yes, they encourage people to go into restaurants so the can make money and help the economy.

Vouchers are a good idea but sometimes it is not enough for the people that work there.

Discount vouchers would help resurants and café's as they aren't getting enough people in due to coronavirus. In other situations though, they would not be a good idea as the business would get less money.
