Allow for interesting dicsussions and ideas Expensive to cater for all students How can the teacher be sure that all students understand and are challenged? If you have bigger classes there are more people to mess around with Slower students need additional support

In my opinion it is important to have a smaller class size so we can have quiet and we can concentrate on what we are doing.

Aimee - Age 7

In my opinion it is important to have a smaller class size as a bigger class will mean that the teacher spends longer printing work and using more paper.

Sara - Age 7

In my opinion it is important to have a smaller class size as the teacher can spend more quality time with each pupil.

Aymaan - Age 7

In my opinion it is important because a larger class means that we need more teachers as it would be harder to learn if there was only one teacher in a large class.

Harry - Age 8

I think that as long as there are enough adults to help us learn, class size doesn't matter.

Michael - Age 9

There are schools in China a with very high standards of education where they have huge class sizes so I believe if behaviour is good and teaching is good I don't think the number of children matters.
