To be included means to be involved in something. For example: You head over to group of girls who are laughing, as you approach them they turn towards you smiling. You then ask what they were playing they tell you to pick a game and you all become friends.

If you want to lift yourself up, lift up someone else, even if we are different we should be included, if you're left out tell someone you trust or tell them "if you want to be included, include other people ." even if this dose not work play with your friends
