Yes. I think everyone should have a first aid kit and a torch in case of an accident or the power going off, so everyone can be well looked after.

I think every home should have a first aid kit and it's definitely a good idea to have torches and spare batteries in case the electricity goes off. Having spare food is also a good idea but it needs to be eaten before it goes out of date.
