What's the best way to handle disappointment?

It depends on what kind of disappointment. If you’re disappointed in someone, perhaps you should try to calmly speak to them, but if it’s something else, just don’t stress about it:it isn’t the end of the world.

If i was at the willy wonka experince i would be dissapointed and so would the younger kids because they would all be dressed up,if i was there i would ask for a refund because youve just paid 35 pounds for it to be a scam if they didnt i would get the police,im glad i never went

Sometimes when I'm disappointed, I try to see if I can change what is happening. If I can't change what is happening, I have to try and deal with it and move on.
