Well, it really depends. People often use it for criminal activity but never once take a call, and you never know who might be watching but they are a famous England landmark(mainly in London) so they could lock them and clean them for an all-round city exhibition..

i mean yes because there might be homeless people that can use it, and what's unique about that The colour red was chosen to make them easy to spot. From 1926 onwards, the fascia' of the kiosks were emblazoned with a prominent crown, representing the British government.

I think reusing telephone boxes is a great thing as it shows that we CAN reuse and recycle and it would really help communities.
