Current Affairs in the Early Years

Supporting Early Years practitioners to incorporate current affairs through speaking and listening activities and within the provision.

This free session will show how news stories can support children’s personal and social development, speaking and listening skills and help them to build up a wider vocabulary. It will also show how we can use them to embed British values.

This workshop is suitable for Early Years leads and all Early Years practitioners.
